Zephie Zane is ninety-two years old and reflects on her years as a soap Queen. She not only starred in All My Loves, but also produced and co-wrote many of the episodes. Zephie’s journey began during a time when women fought to be heard and seen.
This story is about the things that one woman’s quest for success in a man’s world. The pain, glory, regrets, and sacrifices for dominance in producing and starring in her own soap opera.
Zephie still wants to be seen and recognized, and she has fallen prey to a fifty-something predator, Andrew Duncan. Her friendship with a professor, Daisy Martin, and a student, Tiff, is an unexpected turn of events. Together with Grace, Zephie’s longtime assistant and friend, they are determined to fight to save Zephie and her legacy.
